Fit India program was organized by the state government in primary, secondary, higher secondary schools, ashram schools, model schools, model day schools of Gujarat to give priority to sports. The event was held in the third week of November.
The month of December was re-celebrated from 16th December to 21st December under the Fit India program. Yoga was celebrated from 30 December to 14 January.
In this regard, all primary schools, secondary schools, higher secondary schools, ashram schools, model schools, KGBC schools in the district are asked to register for khelo india fitness assessment for school.

Registration of each school principal and one teacher is mandatory. Then the details of the school will have to be entered. If the principal is the nodal teacher in the school, he will also have to register as a teacher.

This mobile App is designed to empower parents and teachers across the country, to assess the fitness level of their wards using the latest available technology. The App is currently available in Hindi and English, and will be available in regional languages in future.
The App allows parents and teachers to conduct tests which measure flexibility, endurance, core strength, hand-eye-coordination and stamina of a child. The test results can help to identify a sport that a child is most suited to play.

TP means an area of approximately 1 kilometer by 1 kilometer is called TP (Town Planning).
A total of 12 facilities are provided within a TP.

8 community halls.
9 Open Party Plots.

In addition to this, keeping in view the surrounding TP, there should be a fire station at some distance so that the fire brigade can be reached in just 5 minutes in case of any fire.
As per the rule, there should be 1 fire station in an area with a population of 100,000 lakhs.
